New Rochelle School District is located in southern New York in Westchester County. The county seat is White Plains. Westchester County was home to 976,396 residents in 2015, according to the United States Census Bureau.[8] The district was the 11th-largest school district in the state in the 2013–2014 school year and served 10,922 students.[9]
