The Louisiana Increase or Enact Fees Amendment, also known as Amendment 6, was on the ballot in Louisiana on October 21, 1995, as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment. It was approved. It proposed that the approval of a new fee or fine would require a two-thirds vote in the legislature.[1][2]
