Mirapur is a small village of 40.48 hectares in Phulpur Tehsil in Allahabad district in the State of Uttar Pradesh, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Mirapur depends on Phulpur (Np), the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include One tap, One Well supply, One tubewell and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Tap. Mirapur's pin code is 221507[4], and village code is 05460200. The area of Mirapur is segregated as 40.48 hectares irrigated area. the 0.34 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves) and remaining 4.83 hectare area not available for cultivation.

Mirapur has Two banks and Two credit societies for the regulation of economic activity. The village is also equipped with Two recreational centers.

The village has an uninterrupted 24 hours electric supply from a power grid.

Mirapur is a census village in the district of Allahabad, Uttar Pradesh. The village has a total population of 1161 and has total administration over 161 houses which are connected to supplies basic amenities like water and sewerage.

  • Scheduled caste counts for 318 (27.39%) males constitute 161 (13.87%) of the population and females 157 (13.52%).

They depend on the agricultural markets (Mandi) of the nearby towns of Phulpur (Np) and Allahabad to sell agricultural produce and make their living.
