Abbaye Of Constantinople:

Talmudic scholar of the sixteenth century. He carried on a learned correspondence with Samuel di Medina ( ), rabbi of Salonica, who refers to him as the "greatest of our teachers." He wrote also a preface to Moses Nagara's "Leḳaḥ Ṭob," Constantinople, 1574.
