Khatoo is a small village of 2062 hectares in Danta Ramgarh Tehsil in Sikar district in the State of Rajasthan, India.^[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Khatoo depends on Reengus, the nearest town for all major economic activities.^[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include One tap, One Well supply, which is 1329.00% of the total supply, Two tanks, Two tubewells, and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - Two rivers, Two canals and Two springs. Khatoo is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Handpump. Khatoo's pin code is 332602^[4], and village code is 01716100. The area of Khatoo is segregated as 1329 hectares irrigated area, 137 hectares unirrigated, the 131 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves), and remaining 464.96 hectare area not available for cultivation.

Khatoo is a census village in the district of Sikar, Rajasthan. The village has a total population of 11374 and has total administration over 1860 houses which are connected to supplies basic amenities like water and sewerage.

According to a census 2011 report, 3645 people of the total population are employed. The workforce is 2700 male, 945 female with 2800 (76.82%) of all workers being employed full-time, this includes 2445 males and 355 females. 606 males and 119 females are considered as the main cultivators with the help of 22 male and 14 female agricultural labor. 845 people are reported to work for a marginal period of time in the year.

They depend on the agricultural markets (Mandi) of the nearby towns of Reengus and Sikar to sell sweets and make their living.
