Nechhwa is a small village of 1729 hectares in Lachhmangarh Tehsil in Sikar district in the State of Rajasthan, India.^[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Nechhwa depends on Sikar, the nearest town for all major economic activities.^[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include One tap, One Well supply, which is 43.45% of the total supply, Two tanks, One tubewell, and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - Two rivers, Two canals and Two springs. Nechhwa is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Handpump. Nechhwa's pin code is 332026^[4], and village code is 01678800. The area of Nechhwa is segregated as 43.45 hectares irrigated area, 1484.29 hectares unirrigated, the 46.21 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves), and remaining 80.92 hectare area not available for cultivation.

Nechhwa is a census village in the district of Sikar, Rajasthan. The village has a total population of 7627 and has total administration over 1196 houses which are connected to supplies basic amenities like water and sewerage.

• Nechhwa has 1250 children, 658 boys and 592 girls.
• Scheduled caste counts for 2267 (29.72%) males constitute 1163 (15.25%) of the population and females 1104 (14.47%).

According to a census 2011 report, 2244 people of the total population are employed. The workforce is 1683 male, 561 female with 1881 (83.82%) of all workers being employed full-time, this includes 1468 males and 413 females. 228 males and 128 females are considered as the main cultivators with the help of 532 male and 232 female agricultural labor. 363 people are reported to work for a marginal period of time in the year.

They depend on the agricultural markets (Mandi) of the nearby towns of Sikar to sell leather work and make their living.
