Keraliya is a small village of 3605 hectares in Pokaran Tehsil in Jaisalmer district, nicknamed ""The Golden city"" in the State of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Keraliya depends on POKARAN, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include One tap, One Well supply, One tank, Two tubewells, and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - Two rivers, Two canals and Two springs. Keraliya is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Handpump. Keraliya's pin code is 345026[4], and village code is 02054100. The area of Keraliya is segregated as 884 hectares unirrigated, the 2697 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves), and remaining 24 hectare area not available for cultivation.
The village is connected with a single bus service. Keraliya has Two banks and Two credit societies for the regulation of economic activity. The village is also equipped with Two recreational centers.
The village has an uninterrupted 24 hours electric supply from a power grid.

Keraliya is a census village in the district of Jaisalmer, Rajasthan. The village has a total population of 1175 and has total administration over 168 houses which are connected to supplies basic amenities like water and sewerage.
- Keraliya has 292 children, 155 boys and 137 girls.
- Scheduled caste counts for 5 (0.43%) males constitute 3 (0.26%) of the population and females 2 (0.17%).
- Scheduled tribe counts for 53 (4.51%) males constitute 28 (2.38%) of the population and females 25 (2.13%).

According to a census 2011 report, 444 people of the total population are employed. The workforce is 292 male, 152 female with 183 (41.22%) of all workers being employed full-time, this includes 176 males and 7 females. 67 males and 2 females are considered as the main cultivators with the help of 8 males. 261 people are reported to work for a marginal period of time in the year.
They depend on the agricultural markets (Mandi) of the nearby towns of POKARAN and Jaisalmer to sell ghee and make their living.
