Delorean

From Conservapedia

The DeLorean was a car with a distinctive style, and included a stainless steel body and gull-wing doors. It was used as the "time machine" car in the 1985 movie Back to the Future.[1][2]

The car was designed by John Z. DeLorean, the former head of General Motors, and built by the DeLorean Motor Company. The cars were manufactured at a factory in Northern Ireland for only 2 years, 1981 and 1982, before financial difficulties forced the factory to close. Only a total of about 9,200 automobiles were produced. Although a failure in its time, today the DeLorean is a collector's item.[3][4]

DELOREAN MOTOR COMPANY exists today and touts "the automotive brand with likely the highest name recognition across all demographics in spite of not having a new product in 40 years."[5]
