Seelwa is a small village of 1316 hectares in Nokha Tehsil in Bikaner district in the State of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Seelwa depends on NOKHA, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include Two taps, One Well supply, One tank, One tubewell, and Two handpumps. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - Two rivers, Two canals and Two springs. Seelwa is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Tubewell. Seelwa's pin code is 334803[4], and village code is 00556200. The area of Seelwa is segregated as 1263.65 hectares unirrigated, remaining 51.92 hectare area not available for cultivation.
The village is connected with a single bus service. Seelwa has Two banks and Two credit societies for the regulation of economic activity. The village is also equipped with Two recreational centers.

Seelwa is a census village in the district of Bikaner, Rajasthan. The village has a total population of 2132 and has total administration over 387 houses which are connected to supplies basic amenities like water and sewerage.

- Scheduled caste counts for 1548 (72.61%) males constitute 790 (37.05%) of the population and females 758 (35.55%).

The workforce is 595 male, 492 female with 422 (38.82%) of all workers being employed full-time, this includes 327 males and 95 females. 247 males and 75 females are considered as the main cultivators with the help of 28 male and 7 female agricultural labor. 665 people are reported to work for a marginal period of time in the year.
They depend on the agricultural markets (Mandi) of the nearby towns of NOKHA and Bikaner to sell agricultural produce and make their living.
