Mahoa is a small village of 450 hectares in Iglas Tehsil in Aligarh district in the State of Uttar Pradesh, India.^[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Mahoa depends on HASTPUR, the nearest town for all major economic activities.^[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include, One tubewell and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Handpump. Mahoa's pin code is 202002^[4], and village code is 01398700. The area of Mahoa is segregated as 246 hectares irrigated area, 5 hectares unirrigated area.

Mahoa is a census village in the district of Aligarh, Uttar Pradesh. The village has a total population of 2756 and has total administration over 459 houses which are connected to supplies basic amenities like water and sewerage.

They depend on the agricultural markets (Mandi) of the nearby towns of HASTPUR and Aligarh to sell agricultural produce and make their living.
