Automated Teller Machine

From Conservapedia

Automated teller machine commonly referred to as ATM is a kiosk-style machine that a bank provides customers access to personal savings and checking accounts, to withdraw or deposit money. The machine replaces interaction with bank branch staff (teller) and is conveniently accessible for 24 hours a day. Nearly all banks accept other banks transactions. Fees are typically $3 or higher for withdraws that take place on ATMs not owned by the customer's bank.

The number of ATM withdrawals consumers made in 2012 was 5.8 billion.[1]
