Dukwara is a small village of 470 hectares in Ghatol Tehsil in Banswara district, also known as City of Hundred Islands in the State of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Dukwara depends on Banswara, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include Two taps, One Well supply, One tank, Two tubewells, and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - Two rivers, Two canals and Two springs. Dukwara is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Handpump. Dukwara's pin code is 327021[4], and village code is 03382100. The area of Dukwara is segregated as 1.14 hectares irrigated area, 270.82 hectares unirrigated, the 8.16 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves), and remaining 74.86 hectare area not available for cultivation.

They depend on the agricultural markets (Mandi) of the nearby towns of Banswara to sell juggary and make their living.
