Arizona State University (or ASU) is an Arizona public university established in 1885.[2] The school has four campuses: the Temple campus in Temple, Arizona, the West campus in Phoenix, Arizona, the Polytechnic campus in Mesa, Arizona and the Downtown campus in Phoenix, Arizona.[2] Arizona State also offers over one hundred online degree programs to distance learners through the school's online platform, ASU Online.[3] The school ranked #124 in US News's 2008 "National Universities: Top Schools" list.[4]
