Custom Exempt
From Conservapedia Custom exempt establishments are slaughter and processing establishments which are not subject to the routine inspection requirements of the Federal Meat Inspection Act and Poultry Products Inspection Act, provided the specified operations meet the exemption requirements of Section 23 of the FMIA and section 15 of the PIA.
