A Beloit Turner School District Bond Issue question was defeated on the April 2, 2013 election ballot in Rock County, which is in Wisconsin.
This measure authorized the Beloit Turner School District to increase its debt by $28 million through issuing general obligation bonds in that amount in order to fund the construction and equipping of new high school and other related site, utility and road improvements.[1]
