Father Francis A. Pavone is a Roman Catholic priest and is a pro-life strategist in the United States. He was ordained to the priesthood in 1988 and appointed as director of the Priests for Life organization in 1993. He has appeared on many media programs such as Larry King Live, Good Morning America, and The O’Reilly Factor. Plus, he is regularly on the Eternal Word Television Network.
Fr. Pavone was inspired to become a priest and a pro-life advocate by attending the March for Life as a young man.
Fr. Pavone provided much commentary during the Terri Schiavo controversy. He delivered the homily at a memorial Mass for her at the Holy Name of Jesus Catholic Church in Gulfport on April 5, 2005.[1]
Fr. Pavone is the author of an extraordinary book called, "Proclaiming the Message of Life," which describes a pro-life message in every liturgical reading of the three-year biblical cycle of the Catholic Church.
