KANSAR is a small village of 6340 hectares in Nohar Tehsil in Hanumangarh district in the State of Rajasthan, India.^[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. KANSAR depends on Rawatsar, the nearest town for all major economic activities.^[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include Two taps, Two Wells supply, Two tanks, Two tubewells, and Two handpumps. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - Two rivers, One canal and Two springs. KANSAR is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Canal. KANSAR's pin code is 335523^[4], and village code is 00467000. The area of KANSAR is segregated as 5898 hectares unirrigated, the 231 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves), and remaining 124 hectare area not available for cultivation.

KANSAR is a census village in the district of Hanumangarh, Rajasthan. The village has a total population of 3190 and has total administration over 562 houses which are connected to supplies basic amenities like water and sewerage.

According to a census 2011 report, 1536 people of the total population are employed. The workforce is 783 male, 753 female with 1214 (79.04%) of all workers being employed full-time, this includes 697 males and 517 females. 535 males and 449 females are considered as the main cultivators with the help of 39 male and 19 female agricultural labor. 322 people are reported to work for a marginal period of time in the year.

They depend on the agricultural markets (Mandi) of the nearby towns of Rawatsar and Hanumangarh to sell agricultural produce and make their living.
