Mazava is a small village of 71 hectares in Akbarpur Tehsil in Ambedkar Nagar district in the State of Uttar Pradesh, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Mazava depends on Gosainganj (NP), the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include One tap, One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Tap. Mazava's pin code is 224129[4], and village code is 06125000. The area of Mazava is segregated as 55 hectares irrigated area, 9 hectares unirrigated area. the 3 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves) and remaining 7 hectare area not available for cultivation.
Mazava has Two banks and Two credit societies for the regulation of economic activity. The village is also equipped with Two recreational centers.
The village has an uninterrupted 24 hours electric supply from a power grid.

Mazava is a census village in the district of Ambedkar Nagar, Uttar Pradesh. The village has a total population of 523 and has total administration over 101 houses which are connected to supplies basic amenities like water and sewerage.

- Scheduled caste counts for 80 (15.30%) males constitute 39 (7.46%) of the population and females 41 (7.84%).

The workforce is 90 male, 34 female with 110 (88.71%) of all workers being employed full-time, this includes 83 males and 27 females. 1 males with the help of 69 male and 24 female agricultural labor. 14 people are reported to work for a marginal period of time in the year.
They depend on the agricultural markets (Mandi) of the nearby towns of Gosainganj (NP) and Ambedkar Nagar to sell agricultural produce and make their living.
