Rubinstein, Isaac:

Austrian deputy; born at Czernowitz in 1805; died at Ischl Sept. 1, 1878. He was a member of the town council and vice-president of the Czernowitz chamber of commerce and industry, which he represented in the Austrian Reichsrath from 1873 to 1878. He was actively interested in philanthropic work and held many honorary offices in his community.
