Santa Cruz

From Conservapedia

Santa Cruz refers most commonly to the liberal Pacific Oceanside city in Northern California just southwest of San Jose and Silicon Valley. Santa Cruz is where the leftist "jewel" of the UC System, the University of California, Santa Cruz is located. It is where Angela Davis used to teach as a self-identified lesbian radical feminist Communist professor (now retired) of "history of consciousness" and "feminist studies".

In the San Francisco Bay Area, Santa Cruz, even more so than Berkeley, is famous for its drug culture, marijuana and methamphetamine drug abuse, old hippies, socialists and communists and rabid environmentalism.

Santa Cruz also refers to a department in Bolivia. Its capital is the city of Santa Cruz de la Sierra.
