The Elder Affairs Joint Committee is a standing committee of the Massachusetts General Court.

Per Joint Rule 1, joint committees are appointed at the beginning of the biennial session. Each committee consists of six Senate members and 11 House members, except the committees on Economic Development and Emerging Technologies; Public Safety and Homeland Security; Mental Health, Substance Use and Recovery; Health Care Financing; and Transportation, which consist of seven Senate members and 13 House members.[1]
