Grand Saline, Texas
From Conservapedia Grand Saline is a city in East Texas.
The name means "great salt" and is taken from large salt deposits located southeast of the city, which have been mined since the days of Native Americans.
Christian recording artist Chris Tomlin is the city's most famous native: a major street in downtown is named for him.
