Hebe was the goddess of youth in Greek mythology and was the cupbearer for the gods at Olympian feasts. Often
portrayed as an attendant to the bridal Aphrodite she was also the patron goddess of the young bride. She became the wife of Hercules (Herakles) after he ascended to Olympus.
