The Missouri Constitutional Procedures Amendment, also known as Issue 2, was on the November 4, 1924 ballot in Missouri as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment, where it was defeated.[1]
The measure would have prescribed the methods and means of revising and amending the constitution of Missouri.[2]
