Pandar is a small village of 274.8 hectares in Bara Tehsil in Allahabad district in the State of Uttar Pradesh, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Pandar depends on Shankargarh (NP, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include One Well supply and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Tap. Pandar's pin code is 212107[4], and village code is 05493600. The area of Pandar is segregated as 114.44 hectares irrigated area, 69.613 hectares unirrigated area. the 40.045 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves), and remaining 50.715 hectare area not available for cultivation.
Pandar has One post office (Jasra S.O) and One public telephone. Pandar has Two banks and Two credit societies for the regulation of economic activity. The village is also equipped with Two recreational centers.
The village has an uninterrupted 24 hours electric supply from a power grid.

Pandar is a census village in the district of Allahabad, Uttar Pradesh. The village has a total population of 3131 and has total administration over 504 houses which are connected to supplies basic amenities like water and sewerage.

- Scheduled caste counts for 850 (27.15%) males constitute 439 (14.02%) of the population and females 411 (13.13%).

Employment[edit]
According to a census 2011 report, 1214 people of the total population are employed. The workforce is 758 male, 456 female with 549 (45.22%) of all workers being employed full-time, this includes 476 males and 73 females. 163 males and 12 females are considered as the main cultivators with the help of 71 male and 23 female agricultural labor. 665 people are reported to work for a marginal period of time in the year.
They depend on the agricultural markets (Mandi) of the nearby towns of Shankargarh (NP and Allahabad to sell agricultural produce and make their living.
