Abortion Sanctuary City

An abortion sanctuary city is a municipality which supports the performing of abortions within its municipal limits. The term is taken from "sanctuary city" (a city that openly states that it will not enforce immigration laws).

This differs from a Sanctuary city for the unborn, which has passed a legal ordinance prohibiting abortions within its jurisdiction.
