Vijaypura is a small village of 331 hectares in Jaipur Tehsil in Jaipur district, also known as the Pink City in the State of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Vijaypura depends on Jaipur, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include Two taps, One Well supply, which is 42.40% of the total supply, Two tanks, One tubewell, and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - Two rivers, Two canals and Two springs. Vijaypura is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Handpump. Vijaypura's pin code is 302012[4], and village code is 01564400. The area of Vijaypura is segregated as 42.4 hectares irrigated area, 56.22 hectares unirrigated, the 162.42 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves), and remaining 70.23 hectare area not available for cultivation.
Vijaypura has Two banks and Two credit societies for the regulation of economic activity. The village is also equipped with Two recreational centers.
The village has an uninterrupted 24 hours electric supply from a power grid.

Vijaypura is a census village in the district of Jaipur, Rajasthan. The village has a total population of 8000 and has total administration over 1419 houses which are connected to supplies basic amenities like water and sewerage.
- Vijaypura has 1263 children, 678 boys and 585 girls.
- Scheduled caste counts for 2609 (32.61%) males constitute 1369 (17.11%) of the population and females 1240 (15.50%).
- Scheduled tribe counts for 903 (11.29%) males constitute 465 (5.81%) of the population and females 438 (5.48%).

The workforce is 1939 male, 302 female with 2094 (93.44%) of all workers being employed full-time, this includes 1846 males and 248 females. 52 males and 26 females are considered as the main cultivators with the help of 7 male and 2 female agricultural labor. 147 people are reported to work for a marginal period of time in the year.
They depend on the agricultural markets (Mandi) of the nearby towns of Jaipur and Jaipur to sell brick making and make their living.
