Paretipur is a small village of 51 hectares in Handia Tehsil in Allahabad district in the State of Uttar Pradesh, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Paretipur depends on Chak Imam Ali (, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include One tap, One Well supply, One tubewell and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Handpump. Paretipur's pin code is 221503[4], and village code is 05576400. The area of Paretipur is segregated as 27 hectares irrigated area, 12 hectares unirrigated area. the 6 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves), and remaining 6 hectare area not available for cultivation.
Paretipur has Two banks and Two credit societies for the regulation of economic activity. The village is also equipped with Two recreational centers.

Paretipur is a census village in the district of Allahabad, Uttar Pradesh. The village has a total population of 412 and has total administration over 59 houses which are connected to supplies basic amenities like water and sewerage.

The workforce is 110 male, 101 female with 157 (74.41%) of all workers being employed full-time, this includes 78 males and 79 females. 51 males and 41 females are considered as the main cultivators with the help of 4 male and 6 female agricultural labor. 54 people are reported to work for a marginal period of time in the year.
They depend on the agricultural markets (Mandi) of the nearby towns of Chak Imam Ali ( and Allahabad to sell agricultural produce and make their living.
