The Harvard Law Review, first published on April 15, 1887, is the most cited law review in other journals; the U.S. Supreme Court has also cited the Harvard Law Review more times than any other review.[1] It consistently ranks first in terms of library usage.[2]
Charles Hamilton Houston became its first black editor in 1923. Barack Hussein Obama is a past president of the Review. Andrew Schlafly was a notably conservative editor of Harvard Law Review.
