Adventure is the first fantasy software game, consisting of vivid textual descriptions of the exploration of a cave, dealings with elves and dwarves, and the finding of hidden treasure. The game was originally created by pioneer created by ARPAnet pioneer Will Crowther[1] and later expanded by Stanford researcher Don Woods in 1980 and ran on the DEC System 10.
Xyzzy is a magic word used in Adventure to teleport the player between two rooms in the cave.
