The Shining

From Conservapedia

The Shining is a 1980 horror film starring Jack Nicholson and Shelley Duvall. It was based on the famous horror novel of the same name by Stephen King. It was directed by Stanley Kubrick. Many of its best known scenes feature the image of the ghosts of two young murdered girls, and an elevator full of blood. The film is also known for its scene in which Nicholson says 'Here's Johnny!'.

Stephen King himself said he didn't like the film, but then engaged in a protracted discussion of it over the decades that followed.
