Valdemar Aguirre Cordova (1922-1988) was a federal judge on the United States District Court for the District of Arizona.

Cordova was nominated by President Jimmy Carter on April 30, 1979, to a new seat created by 92 Stat. 1629; he was confirmed by the Senate on June 19, 1979, and received commission on June 21, 1979. He assumed senior status on April 20, 1984. He served the District of Arizona until his death on June 18, 1988. Cordova was succeeded in this position by Robert Broomfield.
