Baer (Dob) Ben Shraga:

Author; lived in Berlin at the beginning of the nineteenth century. He wrote "Naḥale Debash" (Streams of Honey), Berlin, 1832, which contains many extracts from various Hebrew books dealing mainly with philosophical and ethical subjects.
