Wrexham

From Conservapedia

Wrexham (Welsh: Wrecsam) is the largest town in North-East Wales. It the final resting place of Elihu Yale, the first benefactor of the American university that bears his name. The Wrexham Tower in Yale is a copy of St Giles' church in Wrexham.

Wrexham was the first town in Britain to brew lager owing to the influx of German miners in the late nineteenth century.

In 2020 Canadian actor Ryan Reynolds and American actor Rob McIlhenny jointly purchased Wrexham A.F.C., the town's struggling football club. Their ownership and management was featured in the Disney+ series Welcome to Wrexham, which gave the club (mired in the English National League, the fifth level of professional football) much needed financial backing as well as worldwide publicity.
