Udapur is a small village of 180 hectares in Fatehpur Tehsil in Barabanki district in the State of Uttar Pradesh, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Udapur depends on mehmudabad, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include One tap, One Well supply and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Tap. Udapur's pin code is 225305[4], and village code is 05683100. The area of Udapur is segregated as 151 hectares irrigated area, 25 hectares unirrigated area. the 1 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves).

Udapur has One public telephone. Udapur has Two banks and Two credit societies for the regulation of economic activity. The village is also equipped with Two recreational centers.

The village has an uninterrupted 24 hours electric supply from a power grid.

Udapur is a census village in the district of Barabanki, Uttar Pradesh. The village has a total population of 1049 and has total administration over 190 houses which are connected to supplies basic amenities like water and sewerage.

  • Scheduled caste counts for 251 (23.93%) males constitute 133 (12.68%) of the population and females 118 (11.25%).

They depend on the agricultural markets (Mandi) of the nearby towns of mehmudabad and Barabanki to sell agricultural produce and make their living.
