The Missouri Tax Increase to Support Public Utilities Amendment, also known as Issue 6, was on the November 5, 1912 ballot in Missouri as an initiated constitutional amendment where it was defeated.^[1]

The measure would have provided for raising all revenue by taxes on land, inheritance and franchises for public service utilities, exempting from taxation all personal property and improvements on land.^[2]
