Environmental Litigation

From Conservapedia

Environmental litigation consists of lawsuits brought by environmentalist groups to enrich themselves with no meaningful benefit to the environment. Many of these lawsuits are brought within the often-reversed Ninth Circuit, particularly California.

Dieselgate litigation[edit]

Dieselgate lawsuits are a shake-down of Volkswagen, which was once the wealthiest company in the world. These American lawsuits have already cost the German company more than $30 billion, and another wave of litigation as brought by many counties in the United States could cost Volkswagen even more if allowed by the U.S. Supreme Court.

Roundup litigation[edit]

Non-scientific, unproven allegations about Roundup based on junk science were used to force Bayer-Monsanto to pay $10 billion to law firms.[1]
