United States Attorney

The United States Attorney is a federal district attorney nominated by the President and confirmed by the U.S. Senate to prosecute all offenses arising under federal law; to prosecute or defend for the government all civil actions in which it is concerned; and to perform all duties of the district to which he is assigned.
