From Conservapedia

The Politics is a work by Aristotle that included urging a ban on abortion. "In the seventh book of The Politics, Aristotle claims that the practice of abortion must be forbidden as soon as the embryo acquires sensation and life because, after this stage of a pregnancy, it is an impious mè hosion act."[1]
