From Conservapedia

Angela Marie "Bay" Buchanan (born 1948) is a conservative politician and speaker.

She usually operates backstage as a campaign manager, but served as United States Treasurer (an honorific office) under Ronald Reagan from March 17, 1981, to July 5, 1983, being the youngest person to hold that position at the time.

She is the sister of fellow conservative commentator Pat Buchanan. She ran her brother's three campaigns for president, two inside the Republican Party and once as an independent.

Born a Roman Catholic she eventually converted to Mormonism. She endorsed Mitt Romney in 2008 after directing Tom Tancredo's failed attempt to seek the Republican nomination.
