The Barrett Confirmation Hearing was scheduled for fall 2020 by the Senate Judiciary Committee to consider the nomination by President Trump of Amy Coney Barrett to the Supreme Court of the United States. Barrett was ultimately confirmed on October 22, 2020 after Democrat members of the committee boycotted the vote to protest the nomination.[1]
