Naika is a small village of 155.8 hectares in Bara Tehsil in Allahabad district in the State of Uttar Pradesh, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Naika depends on Jhusi Kohna (C, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include One Well supply and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - One river,. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Tap. Naika's pin code is 212108[4], and village code is 05467000. The area of Naika is segregated as 30 hectares irrigated area, 100 hectares unirrigated area. the 10 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves), and remaining 7.81 hectare area not available for cultivation.
Naika has One public telephone. Naika has Two banks and Two credit societies for the regulation of economic activity. The village is also equipped with Two recreational centers.

Naika is a census village in the district of Allahabad, Uttar Pradesh. The village has a total population of 4433 and has total administration over 723 houses which are connected to supplies basic amenities like water and sewerage.

The workforce is 958 male, 335 female with 687 (53.13%) of all workers being employed full-time, this includes 595 males and 92 females. 62 males and 8 females are considered as the main cultivators with the help of 22 male and 2 female agricultural labor. 606 people are reported to work for a marginal period of time in the year.
They depend on the agricultural markets (Mandi) of the nearby towns of Jhusi Kohna (C and Allahabad to sell agricultural produce and make their living.
