Harvard Divinity School has it main campus on the grounds of Harvard University. It is a center for the study of values in public life.

The concerns of the founders of Harvard remain today at the center of the Divinity School. Its purpose is to educate women and men for service as leaders in religious life and thought. Theology continued to hold a position of importance. Students, enriched by theological understanding, may pursue diverse vocations, such as the human services, journalism, medicine, law, and government.
