The Call Of Cthulhu

From Conservapedia

The Call of Cthulhu is short story by horror winter H. P. Lovecraft. It details the tales of human who have encountered the great old one, Cthulhu. It is divided into three parts. Part one details a writer/adventurer whom is researching into the Cthulhu phenomenon. The second part deals with a young sculptor who begins to have disturbing dreams and soon goes mad and then recovers without a trace of madness. The third part, we see a sailor who has actually seen the god, Cthulhu and was driven mad by the sight. The story contains themes about humanity's insignificance in the big picture. According to Lovecraft, even Cthulhu is unimportant to the outer gods. These themes would become the staple of his writing style in later life.
