Nayal is a small village of 213.9 hectares in Khair Tehsil in Aligarh district in the State of Uttar Pradesh, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Nayal depends on Khair (MB), the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include One tap, One tubewell and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Tap. Nayal's pin code is 202138[4], and village code is 01301400. The area of Nayal is segregated as 165.55 hectares irrigated area, the 2.66 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves), and remaining 27.39 hectare area not available for cultivation.

Nayal is a census village in the district of Aligarh, Uttar Pradesh. The village has a total population of 1633 and has total administration over 284 houses which are connected to supplies basic amenities like water and sewerage.

According to a census 2011 report, 500 people of the total population are employed. The workforce is 364 male, 136 female with 353 (70.6%) of all workers being employed full-time, this includes 311 males and 42 females. 100 males and 2 females are considered as the main cultivators with the help of 117 male and 28 female agricultural labor. 147 people are reported to work for a marginal period of time in the year.
They depend on the agricultural markets (Mandi) of the nearby towns of Khair (MB) and Aligarh to sell agricultural produce and make their living.
