The Occupational Safety and Health Act (OSHA) is a federal law designed to develop occupational safety and health standards that are required for businesses to follow. The Occupational Safety and Health Administration works under the United States Department of Labor. The Obama Administration, through OSHA, has used the law to unethically spread out taxpayer money to left-wing groups under the guise of the 2010 Susan Harwood Grant Awardees.[1] Planned Parenthood has been fined numerous times by OSHA.[2] In many states, employees of public schools and other state or local government agencies are not protected by OSHA, unless they are employees of an outside firm.
In October 2021 OSHA announced it will not collect data on employees injured by Biden's vaccine mandate.[3]
