Manisola

The Manisola was a holiday or feast celebrated by the Cathars, a Christian religious sect that emerged during the Middle Ages in the Languedoc region of France . It was a major initiation ceremony of the Perfecti, the members of the spiritual elite according to Cathar doctrine.[1]
