Cross Country

Cross Country is a sport that involves multiple participants in a long-distance race.

The distance, depending on the circumstances—middle school, high school, college, or professional race—is anywhere between 3 kilometers and 12 kilometers. The courses may consist of varying terrain, from flat and on pavement and grass, to extremely hilly and on trails.
