Lauren Dillard is an American businesswoman. She was formerly the Executive Vice-President of Nasdaq, Inc. Investment Intelligence division[1] and is now the CFO of Vista Equity Partners replacing former CFO John Warnken-Brill.[2] She also serves on the board of SL Green Realty as an independent director and chair of the compensation committee, a Real estate investment trust that operates in New York City.[3] She previously served as CFO and COO of Investment Solutions for The Carlyle Group as well as the Head of Global Tax and Global Equity divisions.[4][5][6]
She joined The Carlyle Group in 2002 and held various positions including Head of Global Tax & Global Equities, and COO & CFO of Investment Solutions.[4][5][6] She joined Nasdaq, Inc. in June 2019 as the Head of Investment Intelligence and an executive vice-president.[7] On March 29, 2022 it was announced that she would leave Nasdaq, Inc. and join Vista Equity Partners as CFO replacing John Warnken-Brill, who had been at Vista Equity Partners for almost 15 years.[2]
Dillard serves as an independent director and chairman of the compensation committee of SL Green Realty.[3]
