Tripura

Tripura is a northeastern state of India. Previously a kingdom, it merged with India in 1949. Its population by religion is: 86% Hindu, 8% Muslim, 3% Christian and 3% other.[1]

Tripura's capital city is Agartala, and its official language is Bengali.
